SHIPPING

All products are packaged with a combination of new and reused packing materials in the interest of sustainability.  I strongly encourage you to also reuse the box and packaging you receive!

NEW ZEALAND - $6
All shipments are sent and can be tracked via www.passtheparcel.co.nz   Please expect your parcel to be with you within 2-5 days of shipping.  Rural addresses may take longer.  Please comment at checkout if you require signature on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

All international shipments are sent via NZ Post and are UNTRACKED.  You can choose to pay more for tracking - please email for a quote.  Please expect your parcel to be with you within 14-28 days of shipping.

HOWEVER due to disruptions around Covid 19 these delivery times may be much longer.  Delivery time is beyond the control of Kay Sera. Remote areas may take longer still.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as due to the nature of how Kay Sera products are used/worn, they cannot be returned.  And refunds will not be offered due to a change of mind or because products have been misused.

Any items found to be faulty, sent in error or not fit for purpose, then please get in touch via [email protected] promptly to discuss.
