Handmade:

Kay Sera products are handmade.  Please allow 1 week from purchase for your products to be made - this timeframe does not include shipping.

Product care:

Kay Sera jewellery is well made but it is handmade so it needs to be handled with care.  Jewellery should not be submerged in water and needs to be removed when bathing. 

Additionally, stem earrings should not have undue sideways pressure applied to the stem when removing or securing the butterfly.

Earring stems can become surface soiled from daily wear and beauty/hair product residue.  Please wipe them clean with a clean dry cloth to remedy this.

Our jewellery utilises surgical steel (aka stainless steel) findings and is suitable for MOST ears.
